Nora has extensive payer marketing experience. Her pharma experience has spanned field sales, account management, commercial strategy, payer strategy and implementation for results.
For over 30 years at Pfizer, Nora worked on product launches in primary care and specialty markets, including Oncology, providing strategic direction and leadership to sales and account management teams, delivering results in terms of optimized product launch success, improved performance of brands and enhanced customer influence at state, regional and national levels.
Post-Pfizer, Nora led Client Services and New Product Development for the Patient Access Services group within inVentiv Health followed by similar roles at Ogilvy CommonHealth Payer Marketing. She significantly enhanced business performance and brand success through strategic innovation and implementation throughout her career.
Nora’s character is defined by her can-do attitude, ability to see both sides of the coin, and laser focus on achieving tangible results.

John Fox held a variety of middle, upper, and C-level positions before breaking out to consult those same companies on their operations, culminating in 21 years of experience.
Along with an MBA in Operations Management and a PhD in Change Management, John boasts an impressive clientele including Shell Oil Company, Pfizer, and others in the construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries. He is known for his keen ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into automated technical solutions.
His approach considers processes throughout the entire business ecosystem. John sits on the board or acts as THE interim CTO, COO, or advisor for several companies, both startups and established corporations. In 2016, John joined Formulary Insights to develop a unique approach to gathering Payer insights for pharma marketers and investors.
Guiding the technical and operational aspects of the business, John established the strong foundation that empowered Formulary Insights’ rapid market uptake and steep growth curve.
